I have been running my translation bureau in Jena since 1996 and I am registered at the Regional Court of Thuringia as a sworn translator for the languages English, Spanish and Russian. Prior to this, I completed the degree course in technical translation (English and Spanish, mechanical and electrical engineering) at the University of Hildesheim and obtained the additional certificates “Business English” and “Technical Documentation”. In the course of my long career, I have specialized in the translation of patents, technical manuals, contracts, business texts, hardware and software manuals and certified private documents. I am a member of the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ), with which I have also been registered in the list of medical, pharmaceutical and medical technology specialists since 2015.
